Conditions were very strange on Friday night.  Signals from Asia as strong as I have seen, but most signals from Europe were just not audible here on 48 m, the exception being Tango.

Nov. 23

Conditions were much better Saturday night, but there were just a few stations on the band.  Still, there was a nice variety of music ... polkas, pop, rock, country, ballads.

I got up at 5 am local time, and was thrilled to finally catch Orang Utan with clear music and ID as soon as I turned on the radio.  Twentana also had a good signal and King SW had the loudest carrier I have ever heard from him.  Unfortunately, his audio seemed very low, and I could only get hints of music.

Just a few hours listening Sunday night.  My wife was making her traditional Christmas cakes and puddings, so I was nominated as cook/dishwasher (her cakes and puddings are worth it ;-) )

Conditions peaked nicely after local sunset (currently at 1945 UTC).  Not a busy night, but it was nice to hear Karbiet for the first time, who also played some good tunes.
